Harvey tackles many tough cases. His job is made just that much tougher because his enemies are helping out the guilty as their lawyers. The cases are seen always by the same judge, Mightor, the prehistoric barbarian whose gavel is a giant club. Harvey is not one to sit back and let evil win so he will never give up on fighting for justice.

The characters are very entertaining. Avenger the purple eagle, is always ready to assist Birdman with whatever he needs to fight his legal battles. Vulturo is one of the enemies of Harvey’s and is often in court working against our hero. For some reason, you can hardly understand what he is saying most of the time. Reducto is another enemy from way back who followed Harvey to become a lawyer himself. Reducto has a shrink ray that must be avoided at all times because he is a very paranoid sick guy and you never know when he’ll use it.
